  17.     As a relatively new user of LW (and being stuck in the UK) I
  18. haven't been through the upgrade before so apologies for some simple
  19. questions :
  20.  
  21.     Will upgrades for registered users be handled solely through
  22. NewTek, or will the individual distributors in each country be
  23. responsible ?
  24.  
  25.     Has a UK upgrade price been established ?
  26.  
  27.     And will the PAL version of LW 4.0 be available at the same
  28. time ?
